Abstract

L'invention concerne un coussinet en matière plastique pour paliers fortement chargés destinés à servir de supports à des pièces mobiles du type axes d'articulation, arbres, glissières, etc., présentant une portée lubrifiable de l'extérieur par au moins un graisseur. Ce coussinet est caractérisé par un corps formé par moulage doté d'un graisseur 5 intégré lors du moulage du coussinet, graisseur présentant un canal de lubrification (canal de graissage) 4 dont la section se rétrécit aux deux extrémités et dans lequel est monté (introduit par pression) un obturateur 6, une bille en particulier, soumise par un ressort à une poussée dirigée vers l'extrémité libre du graisseur. Application notamment aux machines de fenaison.
