Four domestique à gaz à encastrer ou à poser à deux enceintes superposées. Il comporte à l'arrière des enceintes un conduit de circulation des gaz brûlés contenant un ventilateur, au moins un orifice entre ce conduit et l'une au moins de ces enceintes et au moins un orifice dans la paroi séparant les deux enceintes, assurant une dégressivité de la température du haut vers le bas, tout en conservant une bonne répartition horizontale de façon à permettre des cuissons simultanées nécessitant des températures différentes. Application aux fours domestiques.
