Abstract

L'invention propose un système de refroidissement perfectionné pour des éléments profilés de turbo-machines tels que des aubes de stator ou des ailettes de turbine. L'élément profilé 20 comporte une structure feuilletée, constituée de lames minces 22 empilées et assemblées par collage. Chaque lame 22 présente une cavité centrale 30, pour le passage d'un fluide de refroidissement, introduit par exemple par le pied de l'élément Les faces internes des parois d'intrados 32 et d'extrados 34 sont refroidies par contact, au passage du courant de fluide qui s'échappe à l'intérieur, de préférence par l'intrados 32, en passant par des canaux d'échappement constitués par des évidements de la bordure correspondante de chaque lame mince. Application au refroidissement des aubes de stator et des ailettes de turbine, pour des turbo-machines, telles que des turbo-moteurs à gaz, dont on peut ainsi augmenter le rendement grâce à une élévation de leur température de fonctionnement
