Abstract

L'invention concerne un adjuvant de croissance et de précocité pour champignons de couche, et le procédé pour la fabrication de cet adjuvant L'adjuvant comprend de 15 à 40 % en poids de graines ou tourteaux d'oléagineux riches en azote, de 40 à 60 % en poids de farines animales riches en azote telles que des farines de plumes, de cornes, ou de viandes, et éventuellement moins de 10 % en poids de levures sèches et moins de 10 % en poids de sels de calcium. Application : accélération de la croissance des champignons de couche cultivés en cave.
