Abstract

L'invention concerne les appareils chirurgicaux. L'appreil faisant l'objet l'invention est du type comprenant un étrier 1, un corps tubulaire 2 disposé dans ledit étrier et dans la cavité intérieure duquel se déplace une tige de guidage ou une tige agissante 7, cette dernière portant à l'une de ses extrémités la pince à appliquer sur le vaisseau, et est caractérisé en ce que le corps tubulaire 2 est mobile par rapport à l'étrier 1. L'invention peut être utilisée notamment dans le traitement chirurgical des anévrismes artériels et artério-veineux du cerveau par stéréotaxie, ainsi que pour la pose de pinces sur différents vaisseaux au cours d'autres genres d'interventions chirurgicales.
