Abstract

L'invention concerne un accumulateur de données, notamment pour un dispositif destiné à recueillir des informations pour la facturation des abonnés à la télévision. Il comporte, au poste d'abonné, un accumulateur de données qui recueille toutes les informations de facturation en fonction des programmes regardés et un dispositif de numérotation téléphonique qui, périodiquement, lance un appel téléphonique vers un poste central équipé d'un calculateur afin de lui transférer toutes les données que contient l'accumulateur. L'invention s'applique notamment aux services de télévision qui facturent les abonnés en fonction des programmes regardés.
