Abstract

The support for the lengthwise sides of a flexible bed, for example in a caravan, is made of sectional pieces which can be dismantled and assembled to form a rigid frame. An angled stabilising section is situated outside the frame. A right-angled intermediate section is placed between the rigid frame and each angled stabilising leg. The frame sections consist of a lengthwise girder (1) to the ends of which are fixed two hollow parallel bars (2, 3) into which an arm (5) of the right angled intermediate piece (4) fits. The sections are made of rectangular sectioned tubing.
