Abstract

The noise-protection wall has double-T-shaped support posts (31) which are anchored in the earth at predetermined spacings and between the legs (32, 33) of which hollow box-shaped wall elements are held. The wall elements have on their noise-facing side a perforated shell (35) and on the side facing away from the noise an unperforated shell (36). Both shells have an L-shaped cross-section, the horizontal legs being interconnected positively, forming a wall element, so that the hollow box shape of the wall elements can be formed and anchored during assembly. The individual shells can be transported in a space-saving manner as the hollow space is consequently only formed on the building site.
