Abstract

The transfer printer has a support plate which has the transferable marks on one side held by the pressure exerted by the plate. The plate is covered on one side by a card fixed around its edges. The base has a sliding rule (1) which grips the base surround to prevent excess movement. The ends of the ruler are fitted with bosses (2) and it is moulded from plastics.
