Abstract

L'addition a pour objet un procédé perfectionné de réalisation d'une canalisation constituée, selon le brevet principal, d'un tube interne très peu dilatable entouré d'un calorifuge et d'une enveloppe de frettage, le tube interne étant ancré au moins à ses deux extrémités sans interposition d'organes de compensation des dilatations. Selon l'addition, l'enveloppe de frettage est précontrainte à la température de pose sous une tension susceptible de compenser sans risque de flambement non seulement la diminution de l'effet de frettage due aux dilatations différentielles du tube et de l'enveloppe mais aussi au moins partiellement, les contraintes de compression dues à l'absence d'organes de compensation des dilatations grâce à l'effet de raccourcissement dû à la diminution de la tension de frettage à la température de service. Le procédé selon l'addition s'applique plus spécialement à la réalisation de canalisations de chauffage urbain.
