Abstract

It comprises a first frame member 42, having an outer annular surface and an inner one, the centers of which are radially offset by a first predetermined distance from each other; a second frame member 43, having an outer and inner annular surface, the centers of which are radially offset by a second predetermined distance from each other; and a device serving to rotate this first and this second frame element with respect to each other to bring them to selected positions, this so as to significantly reduce any lack of concentricity existing between the ferrule 57 and the bearing 19.
