Abstract

Arbre de transmission allégé de véhicule automobile et procédé pour sa fabrication. Une partie de l'arbre est en matière plastique renforcée de fibres. Des garnitures terminales 11 sont fabriquées pour porter la chape 12 d'un joint universel 13 et des moyens d'ancrage Une paire de ces garnitures terminales sont fixées aux extrémités opposées d'un mandrin perdu, et une résine plastique non polymérisée et renforcée de fibres est appliquée sur le mandrin et la partie d'ancrage de chaque garniture terminale. La résine renforcée de fibres est alors polymérisée et l'élément d'arbre de transmission en résultant peut être équilibré dynamiquement. Application à la fabrication d'arbres de transmission de véhicules.
