Abstract

Procédé de contrôle du refroidissement d'une éprouvette de dilatométrie, selon lequel on envoie sur l'éprouvette un flux de gaz inerte, de débit constant supérieur à tout instant au débit nécessaire pour suivre la loi thermique choisie et l'on impose simultanément à l'éprouvette un chauffage rapidement modulable de manière à annuler l'écart enfin la valeur de consigne prévue par la loi et la température à coeur de l'éprouvette. Le dispositif de mise en oeuvre comprend un four à rayonnement 2 entourant l'éprouvette 1, un système de refroidissement par soufflage d'hélium 8, un régulateur 12 qui module le chauffage du four, selon les indications d'un suiveur de traces 12 et d'un thermocouple 15, par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de puissance 13. Le procédé et le dispositif selon l'invention permettent la simulation, par dilatométrie de cycles thermiques complexes et précis.
