Abstract

A switch has several contact points along a slide mechanism and is intended as a function selector switch for a line camera. The slide (6) is moved along the body (14) of the camera (1) so that marked functions can be selected. Inside the camera body the slide (6) moves an arrester spring (13) which locates in retaining recesses (15, 16, 17), corresp. to the camera body markings, and a contact spring (18) which bridges a common contact (19.1) and the individual contacts (19.2, 19.3, 19.4) corresp. to the camera functions.
