Abstract

La présente invention concerne une brosse rotative adaptable à toute machine à encoller les semelles de chaussures pour réaliser l'encollage des semelles dites << cuvettes >> en raison de la hauteur accentuée de leurs bords, lequel encollage s'effectue simultanément sur l'intégralité de la face verticale interne desdits bords et selon une bande périphérique située sur la face interne de la semelle. Elle se compose d'un corps 1 comportant un taraudage 2 pour sa fixation sur l'arbre porte-outil de la machine, ainsi qu'un cylindrage 3 destiné à l'implantation des poils se raccordant sur une partie terminale cylindrique 4 au moyen d'un usinage constitué de deux parties coniques de sommets opposés 5a et 5b de génératrices orthogonales, la face 5a portant les trous d'implantation des touffes de poils, tangents à la partie 5b. L'injection de colle s'effectue par une série de trous radiaux 9 débitant à l'intérieur du faisceau tronconique des poils. L'invention s'applique à toutes les machines à encoller.
