Abstract

Le dispositif est destiné à guider deux profilés à réaliser simultanement par soudage dans un appareil comportant deux galets de serrage extérieurs à axes verticaux aptes à serrer l'une contre l'autre l'âme et l'aile ou chaque aile d'un seul profilé, ladite âme étant horizontale et la ou chaque aile, verticale. Entre lesdits galets extérieurs 1, 2 sont interposés deux galets de serrage intérieurs 21, 22, sollicités à l'opposé par une force égale à la force de serrage qu'exercent les galets extérieurs, pour serrer contre les ailes associées les âmes de deux profilés à réaliser simultanément. Les galets 21, 22 sont réglables en hauteur et escamotables en vue du soudage de profiles uniques.
