Abstract

Barre d'alésage. La barre 5 porte sur un côté trois plaquettes 7, 8, 9 en métal dur formant outils de coupe, la première 7 étant triangulaire et les deux autres 8, 9 carrées. Sur le côté opposé il est prévu une plaquette triangulaire 11 exactement symétrique de 7. La plaquette 11 permet la finition des surfaces de butée 2 sans avoir à remplacer la barre 5 par une autre spécialement prévue à cet effet sur la tête revolver de l'aléseuse. Application à l'usinage des manchons de raccordement pour tubes, notamment pour puits de pétrole.
