Abstract

The head of the brush is recessed, and has a handle connected to it. The base of the hollow recess has one or more openings through the head. The handle is also hollow and forms a reservoir for liquid. It has supple sides so that the liquid can be forced through the opening on to the bristles. The extremity of the handle is threaded and screws into the hollow in the head of the brush. A small piece of foam plastic is placed in the hollow to prevent the loss of liquid.
