Abstract

Procédé pour fermer la partie supérieure d'une boîte en carton mise préalablement sous la forme d'un tube de section polygonale. Il consiste à comprimer ensemble le bord périphérique d'un panneau supérieur et les bords supérieurs des panneaux latéraux de la boîte, entre une source d'ultrasons et une enclume ou matrice lourde, et à soumettre ces bords à des ultrasons afin de les souder les uns aux autres. Domaine d'application : production de boîtes en carton pour liquides.
