Abstract

The working platform for sloping roofs or other inclined surfaces, has a short supporting member at the front and a long member (3) at the rear with the working surface between them. The rear member carries vertically sliding adjustable legs (11). The front and rear members and the legs carry non-slip feet (6, 13, 14). The bottom of the rear member can incorporate arches (8, 9, 10). The surface can be used to support tools and materials. In an alternative design, the whole can be formed as two parts, with hinges down the middle. When one part is reversed on the other, the legs at front and rear of the upper part also act as retainers to prevent material from falling off.
