Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition miscible et comestible. Selon l'invention, elle comprend 3 à 15 % en poids de lécithine et 7,5 à 25 % d'alcool éthylique, choisi dans le groupe consistant en alcool éthylique absolu, alcool éthylique titré à 190 degrés et alcool éthylique contenant un agent dénaturant de qualité alimentaire classifié gras, et 10 à 75 % en poids d'un hydrocarbure propulsif, le restant étant au moins 5 % en poids d'huile végétale liquide. L'invention s'applique notamment aux huiles alimentaires.
