La pelle est constituée d'un manche de longueur réduite, dont l'une des extrémités forme, directement ou d'une manière rapportée, une poignée de préhension, l'autre extrémité dudit manche recevant, directement ou d'une manière rapportée, une palette convenablement profilée et inclinée angulairement par rapport audit manche qui présente un ou des moyens d'accrochage, tandis qu'une housse de protection coopère avec la totalité ou partie de ladite pelle, notamment avec la palette. L'invention est notamment utilisée pour le ramassage des excréments des chiens.
