Abstract

An embedded rectangular trough section forms the sill, with the section extending for the full width of the door opening. Internal blocking defines a chamber at one or both ends for the location of a motor unit complete with brakes. An inverted 'u' section cover has apertures for the stub-axle and locking bolts etc. A double plate shoe may be used to fix the bottom corner of the door, being fixed to the stub axle and being clamped onto the door by through bolting. The trough section may accommodate electric feed cables and control gear.
