Abstract
The inflatable collar for swimming consists of a ring with a joint to enable it to be mounted round the neck, and with two extension arms (5, 6) which can be bent round to form a second ring enclosing the first. The inner ring is secured by fasteners (18, 19) at each side of the joint, and at the end of each extension is a fastening device (13, 14) for connection to each other. Further fasteners (15, 16) are attached in an intermediate position between the curved extensions and tangential to them. Each extension is divided by a central partition dividing it into two chambers (5a, 5b; 6a, 6b). The extensions join at a point behind the inner joint.
