Abstract

Collecteur assurant l'alimentation en air de refroidissement et le support des aubes fixes d'une turbine basse pression à section variable. Il est constitué par une pièce de fonderie creuse, de manière générale annulaire, possédant une chambre interne 104, de manière générale annulaire, formée entre deux parois concentriques 100, 102; un relief extérieur 122, formé sur celle de ces parois qui est à l'intérieur; un relief intérieur 124, formé sur celle de ces parois qui est à l'intérieur; une série d'orifices d'entrée 106, répartis circulairement, associés à la paroi extérieure, qui acheminent l'air de refroidissement dans cette chambre; et en ce que ces reliefs comportent des trous 124, 128, de manière génerale alignés, qui les traversent et servent à recevoir et supporter structuralement un tourillon d'aube fixe à calage variable et d'une aube fixe refroidie par air comprenant une partie à profil aérodynamique reliée à un tourillon, de manière générale cylindrique, possédant un intérieur creux; ce tourillon d'aube fixe étant reçu dans ces trous alignés et supporté par ces reliefs.
