Abstract

Machine de pose d'un pipeline sur le fond d'une masse d'eau, ce pipeline s'enroulant ou se déroulant de la partie supérieure d'un touret rotatif monté sur une embarcation qui se déplace à la surface de cette masse d'eau. La machine comprend deux groupes 13 et 15 de cylindres disposés sur l'embarcation 3 et dont les axes géométriques sont parallèles à celui du touret 1, chacun de ces groupes comprenant un cylindre supérieur 13a, 15a et un cylindre inférieur 13b, 15b que l'on peut faire venir à volonté au contact du pipeline tandis que le touret 1 tourne. Application à l'exploitation des puits de pétrole.
