Abstract

An inflatable flexible cushion to support when surf riding is made of impermeable film or fabric and involves no rigid components. Pref. the cushion has a delta-wing form; its size depends on the number of people the cushion is intended to support. Claims include cushions made of PVC, coated fabric or "Havelock" (RTM). Welded flanges may incorporate eyelets for grabcords. Much cheaper and more compact to store than conventional rigid surfboards.
