Abstract
Procédé et dispositif pour déterminer des constantes électriques. Le procédé selon la présente invention permet de déterminer de façon distincte diverses constantes électriques, cest-à-dire la capacité, l'inductance et la résistance ou leur réciproque d'un élément à mesurer. Application aux dispositifs de mesure de constantes électriques.
