Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'allumage électronique numérique pour un moteur à combustion interne. Selon l'invention, il comprend un moyen pour générer des premières et secondes impulsions en créneau 11 et 12 en rapport avec le moteur, les premières étant en synchronisme avec les tours du vilebrequin tandis que les secondes sont à une fréquence qui est un multiple des premières; un premier moyen 30, 34 pour compter le nombre d'impulsions à la seconde fréquence en un temps constant et prédéterminé à partir d'une première position du vilebrequin après point mort haut; un moyen 38 pour, stocker ce compte; un second moyen 36 pour compter les impulsions à la seconde fréquence à partir d'une seconde position prédéterminée du vilebrequin avant point mort haut pendant le cycle suivant d'allumage jusqu'au compte stocké; et un moyen 40, 42 pour initialiser l'allumage quand le compte a été atteint. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'industrie automobile.
