Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'exploration optique pour explorer et capter l'information supportée par l'étiquette d'un article. L'appareil comprend une source lumineuse, un organe tournant avec une surface réfléchissante, un premier système optique pour diriger la lumière de la source sur cette surface et un second système optique pour diriger la lumière réfléchie par cette surface et former une figure d'exploration sur un plan prédéterminé et qui comprend des organes réfléchissants pour diriger ladite lumière par réflexion, la figure d'exploration étant constituée par plusieurs segments formant au moins deux tracés qui se chevauchent et au moins un de ces tracés étant constitué par plusieurs lignes parallèles. Application à l'examen d'étiquettes fixées à des articles à vendre.
