Abstract

Ce revêtement d'oxyde métallique conducteur permet de capter l'énergie solaire. On utilise une composition de revêtement constituée d'un composé organique du nickel et d'un composé organique du cobalt qui se décomposent à la chaleur en formant les oxydes correspondants, dans des proportions correspondant de 50 à 95 % de cobalt et 50 à 5% de nickel, et on applique cette composition de revêtement sur la surface d'un support portée à une température suffisamment élevée pour provoquer la décomposition à la chaleur des composés organiques de nickel et de cobalt avec formation d'une pellicule conductrice d'oxyde métallique. Cette pellicule d'oxyde métallique déposée en particulier sur du verre présente une résistivité superficielle inférieure à 10** 4 ohms par unité de surface et peut etre utilisée pour capter l'énergie solaire.
