Abstract

Cet échangeur thermique à régénération comporte une matrice rotative constituée d'un ensemble formé d'un bâi rigide 14 et de plusieurs blocs réfractaires 10 enfermés dans le bati. Les blocs 10 sont forcés en contact les uns avec les autres par des vérins 17 à fluide qui prennent appui contre le bâti 14. Chaque bloc réfractaire 10 comporte plusieurs passages d'écoulement de gaz qui s'étendent d'une face d'extrémité découverte Il de la matrice jusqu'à sa face opposée 12. Le bâti est porté sur des chariots 24 de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe vertical central.
