Abstract

Installation pour le lavage d'ustensiles, appareils et analogues, utilisés dans les industries alimentaires, notamment en industrie laitière, consistant en un tunnel dans lequel passent les ustensiles, et analogues, à nettoyer, qui sont disposés sur une bande, ou un tapis sans fin, et qui sont soumis à l'action de jets de liquides de lavage projetés par des buses prévues sur des rampes alimentées par des tuyauteries, ladite installation étant caractérisée en ce que son ossature, réalisée sous forme de tubes, est utilisée pour véhiculer, sous pression, le liquide de nettoyage projeté sur les ustensiles à laver.
