Abstract

Procédé pour le codage d'un jeu de cartes de commande d'un appareil de déclenchement de processus et pour le contrôle de validité d'une carte engagée dans l'appareil, en utilisant un codage par réseaux optiques et identification par analyse de faisceaux diffractés par le réseau. On réserve uniquement à ces cartes les réseaux ou copies issues de réseaux obtenus en perturbant volontairement la régularité du pas en introduisant un défaut périodique dans la machine à graver; pour l'identification on détecte la présence, la position et l'intensité relative de faisceaux diffractés supplémentaires engendrés par l'irrégularité. L'invention s'applique aux distributeurs automatiques ou aux appareils téléphoniques à paiement progressif.
