Abstract

Le véhicule comprend un châssis central et deux poutres latérales dont chacune supporte l'une des chenilles et peut être éloignée ou rapprochée du châssis central. Selon l'invention, chacune de ces poutres est reliée au châssis central par au moins un axe d'articulation; la variation de voie s'effectue par rotation de chaque chenille autour du ou des axes d'articulation de la poutre correspondante sur le châssis central. Application aux engins de travaux publics, tels que les excavateurs.
