Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la mesure du rendement en farine des céréales, notamment le blé. Le dispositif comprend des moyens pour soumettre les grains d'un lot à une exposition lumineuse ponctuelle, des moyens pour capter et mesurer l'intensité de la lumière filtrée par les grains. L'invention trouve une application principale à la mesure sur le terrain, du rendement en farine des céréales.
