Abstract

The motor has an inductor consisting of a series of main frame cores surrounded by a distributed polyphase main winding. There is a secondary element interacting with it, consisting of a conducting part mounted on a magnetically permeable support. The inductor (1) consists of no more than two series of additional transversally interposed frame cores (3) surrounded by an additional distributed polyphase winding (5). It is mounted between the main frame cores (2) so that limbs (11, 12) of the main and additional cores (2, 3) are in contact with each other, so that two toothless active zones (13) are produced, through which the secondary element (6) interacts with the inductor.
