Abstract

L'invention a trait à des éléments de raccordement métalliques à reprise thermique. Elle a pour objet un élément de raccordement comportant un élément métallique creux, sensiblement tubulaire, thermorétractable radialement et qui est muni sur sa surface interne d'au moins trois dents sous la forme de bagues s'étendant radialement, la distance t entre deux dents adjacentes étant inférieure à 0,95 d et inférieure à 4 w, d étant le diamètre interne de l'élément tubulaire, et w son épaisseur de paroi, au moins une dent se trouvant de part et d'autre de la dent la plus proche du centre de l'élément tubulaire, la distance du centre de l'élément à la dent la plus proche du centre de celui-ci étant comprise entre 0 et 0,3 d et la distance entre les deux dents adjacentes à la dent la plus proche du centre de l'élément étant supérieure à la quantité la plus faible 0,4 d ou 3 w. Un tel élément de raccordement peut être dilaté par des procédés de dilatation par mandrin sans risque de détériorer les dents. Application : notamment au raccordement de tuyauteries.
