Abstract
The foot platform which can be incorporated in training shoes or sandals comprises an outer sole made of malleable nonpermeable material. It has at least two cavities (3, 4) which run in the longitudinal direction and have a resilient wall (5) on the top side. The two cavities are linked with each other so that as the foot rolls along the passage of gaseous or fluid medium in the cavities is mechanically interrupted in both directions like a valve. The foot platform or bed thus constantly alters which ensures proper exercise of the muscles.
