Abstract

Ce procédé et son dispositif de mise en oeuvre sont destinés à la transmission groupée de signaux téléphoniques et vidéo. Il est prévu, pour chaque ligne téléphonique à l'extrémité d'émission : un détecteur RI capable d'identifier, dans une séquence de trames, les octets de bits non utilisés; une première mémoire tampon B1 capable de mémoriser les bits d'au moins une transmission vidéo sous la commande du détecteur RI; un dispositif de marquage-insertion IM capable d'insérer les bits dans les octets non utilisés, en formant sur la ligne téléphonique une séquence de trames comprenant à la fois des octets de conversation et des octets vidéo et à l'extrémité de réception : un détecteur-diviseur RR capable de distinguer, les deux types d'octets et de les acheminer sur des trajets différents ; et une seconde mémoire tampon B2 capable de mémoriser temporairement les octets appartenant à la transmission vidéo.This method and its implementation device are intended for the group transmission of telephone and video signals.
