Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un accélérateur d'électrons comportant une anticathode exposée à un faisceau d'électrons. b. Dans le but de rendre aussi constant que possible le débit de dose des rayons X dans toute la section transversale du cône de rayonnement 15, en particulier à une profondeur réduite dans le tissu, les surfaces du diaphragme définissant le cône sont rendues rugueuses par exemple par des rainures 22 transversales par rapport à la direction du rayonnement, semi-circulaires ou étagées en gradins et ménagées de préférence dans un manchon à paroi mince réalisé en une matière de faible numéro atomique. c. Application notamment au domaine de la radiothérapie.
