Abstract
L'invention concerne les détecteurs de température. On améliore la linéarité d'un détecteur de température à thermistance classique 30, en lui adjoignant un dispositif de linéarisation 60 qui consiste essentiellement en un transistor bipolaire 62 qui modifie la tension de référence d'un comparateur 46 lorsque la tension à détecter se trouve hors de la plage de linéarité du dispositif 30. On peut ainsi effectuer une détection de température précise sur une plage plus étendue. Application aux dispositifs de régulation de température.
