Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une machine à emballer des piles d'objets cylindriques dans une feuille de matériau protecteur ainsi qu'à un procédé d'emballage utilisant une telle machine. La machine comprend plusieurs chargeurs susceptibles de se déplacer pas à pas d'un premier poste comprenant un dispositif distributeur en feuilles de matériau protecteur et un dispositif d'alimentation en objets, vers au moins un poste de soudage, puis vers un poste d'évacuation. Le dispositif distributeur dépose sur une empreinte définie dans le chargeur une feuille de matériau protecteur sur laquelle sont reçues les objets groupés par piles dans le dispositif d'alimentation. Les piles d'objets sollicitent ainsi la feuille à l'intérieur de l'empreinte. Application à l'emballage de piles d'objets cylindriques, notamment de pistons de freins.
