Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'un tuyau souple en caoutchouc. Elle a pour objet la réalisation d'un tuyau en caoutchouc apte à résister à l'une quelconque ou à plusieurs des contraintes constituées par des pressions internes et/ou externes ou un vide, ou des charges de traction ou de torsion, comprenant une âme de consolidation et/ou de renfort appliquée hélicoïdalement réalisée en résine armée de fibres; et un système de garniture intérieure tissée circulairement ou appliquée hélicoïdalement. L'âme est recouverte en partie ou en totalité par une couche de caoutchouc ou d'élastomère et est liée à celle-ci pour former un système unitaire coopérant par réticulation et liaison adhésive. Application : notamment à la réalisation de canalisation souples de transport de fluides.
