Abstract

Les poussières fines et aérosols de flux gazeux sont déposés dans un électrofiltre, sous l'action du champ électrique, sur un film liquide relié à la terre et recouvrant la surface de précipitation. Le film liquide est produit en mélangeant le flux gazeux, avant son entrée dans l'électrofiltre, avec une vapeur qui se condense sur la surface de précipitation de l'électrode. Dans le cas le plus simple, le flux gazeux est saturé de vapeur d'eau avant son entrée dans l'électrofiltre. Le film liquide s'écoule vers le bas et se renouvelle ainsi continûment. Les poussières ou aérosols déposés sur l'électrode de précipitation sont ainsi également évalués par le film liquide.
