Abstract

L'invention fournit un milieu de croissance pour champignons comprenant un mélange de fiel de boeuf, de saponine purifiée, d'un substrat pour la phénoloxydase et d'un support tel que de la gélose. Ce milieu facilite une identification rapide d'une variété de champignons pathogènes provenant d'un échantillon de fluide corporel, par exemple spécifiquement, le milieu de croissance selon l'invention permet l'identification différentielle rapide de Candida albicans et de Cryptococcus neoformans.
