Abstract

Procédé pour préparer des oxydes métalliques consistant à dissoudre des matières de départ souillées dans de l'acide chlorhydrique, à concentrer la saumure obtenue, puis à la décomposer thermiquement dans un four. Pour l'opération de concentration de la saumure on pulvérise celle-ci en 26 dans le courant de gaz usé venant du four de décomposition et contenant du chlorure d'hydrogène, on recueille les gouttelettes de saumure qui ont traversé le courant de gaz usé et on pulvérise à nouveau au moins une partie de la saumure ainsi recueillie dans le gaz usé en écoulement, on la recueille après passage à travers le courant de gaz usé et on l'envoie dans l'écoulement commun de la saumure précitée, le pH de la saumure concentrée effluente étant maintenu dans un intervalle prédéterminé par réglage de la quantité de saumure soumise à pulvérisation répétee dans le courant de gaz usé.
