Abstract

A document file intended for use in the home has a front cover (1a) and back (1b) joined by a spine (1c). A number of dividing b boards (2) are attached to the spine by means of the rings (3) or other clips. One end of the back cover (1b) and half of the outer side has a raised edge (4) which forms an abutment for the front cover. The documents are placed between the boards which carry index tags (7) at their corners. A clip (5) attached to the back cover engages a hole in the front cover to keep the file closed.
