La paroi comporte au moins un étui 1, 1a s'étendant sur toute la surface de ladite paroi et dans lequel est disposée au moins une substance 2 à changement de phase periodique. L'invention est utilisée pour la réalisation de parois de bâtiments à inertie thermique.
