Distributeur pour substance volatile, conçu pour libérer des quantités relativement petites de la substance en l'absence de mouvement de l'air ambiant, et des quantités relativement grandes de la substance en cas de mouvement de l'air ambiant. Il comporte un logement 2 ayant un orifice d'entrée d'air 6 et des orifices de sortie d'air 9, un réservoir à substance volatile 15 ayant une ouverture d'accès d'air 22, le réservoir étant monté dans le logement de façon qu'une partie de son ouverture d'accès d'air se trouve en face de l'orifice d'entrée d'air et de façon que le reste de l'ouverture soit disposé de façon à permettre le passage d'un courant d'air entre le reste de l'ouverture et les orifices de sortie d'air, l'agencement d'un courant d'air dans le réservoir pour entraîner et libérer la substance volatile 29.
